  • Dipping Sauce: 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp chili oil, 1 tsp sugar, chopped scallions
  • Garnish: Fresh cilantro shredded pickled cabbage, sesame seeds
